Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with any product purchased from Elective Medical Marketing, you can request a refund within 30 days from the purchase date. Items that have been personalized cannot be refunded. Request a refund.

Cancellation Policy
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not been processed or shipped. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

Please note that if the item has been processed or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (less shipping costs).

Download Policy
To the best of our knowledge and ability, all downloadable items are free of any known spyware, viruses or other ill-intended effects.

If you purchase downloadable items, you will be prompted to download the items to your computer immediately after you checkout. You will also receive an e-mail with download links for each item purchased. Your purchased downloads are available for 7 days after your purchase date. After that time, the downloads expire.

Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. For some items an additional 5 to 10 business days may be need for printing or personalization. In this case, we will contact you via e-mail or phone with the expected processing and shipping times. Shipping charges vary and will be calculated upon checkout. Downloadable items cannot be returned. If you need assistance with a download or would like to request a refund, please contact us.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to obtain a refund or return for shipped items. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
